The whole process of choosing and buying a PC from you was very easy. The many emails updating me on the progress of my order were reassuring, I got good info from UPS about delivery and best of all, I plugged it in and it worked? and it is what I specified.

The only tiny glitch in the whole process is a slight fault with the keyboard where some of the symbols are mixed up. ie " and @ are mixed up and there doesn't appear to be any way to get a pound sign but to be honest, given the price of the keyboard I didn't feel it worth complaining.

I'd happily recommend you to friends and family.

Dear Computer Planet,

  I recieved my new PC from you as expected, by UPS courier, very well packaged, and speedily sent, once it was finally ready. The few software installations went smoothly, as most were already done, prior to despatch. It took me a little while to discover why vista wasn't running "windows aero", but I have sorted that now and am enjoying the versatility and performance of my new system, with one exception. The tv card software  only partly installed before generating an error message, and subsequently I have been unable to access any of the features of this card.

   If you have any advice or solutions for me for this, I would appreciate hearing from you, but overall I remain very happy with my purchase, and the choice made to make this purchase from you. I would reccomend your company in future to anyone wishing to make a similar computer purchase.

 All in all I am very happy with my purchase as beforehand i was a bit wary of using you since I had read some very bad reviews of your site but I was willing to try you before I passed judgement of my own and to my surprise you did supply a good spec PC for a good price in a reasonable time, but and it's only a small but, I requested a thermaltake blue orb II to be fitted but upon opening the case I checked and spotted it was a thermaltake mini orb but I was not informed of the change of spec along the build process so that may need to be addressed in the future for you but since I had an upgrade on the gfx card of a similar value which I was informed about I never mentioned it but since you asked I thought i'd let you know, also the free gifts that I was supposed to get differed from the ones I did receive but I didn't shop with you for the free gifts so again I wasn't too bothered by this but again since you have asked about my experience i'm happy to inform you of everything.

I would like to say that, the process of buying and receiving my computer was very pleasant. Your website is excellent and very easy to use and I am very happy with my new computer.
Just one minor criticism, was the length of time to receive it. The standard time is set at 7 to 9 days, but it took 23 days. However I do understand that everything is tested to perfection, which is good and i was kept informed all the way.

So overall, I was very happy with the complete service and would reccomend you, in fact I have.

Hey, yes i am pleased with me new computer!

The only thing that i am not too happy with is that i ordered a pc with wireless internet built onto the motherboard.
You couldnt get hold of this motherboard for a few weeks, so to speed things up i was given the option to choose the non wireless model which you had in stock. This is fine, but it would have been nice if you had included wireless in my system in one form or another, (wireless card, simple wireless USB Dongle) seeing as i had already payed for it.

Other than that, its an amazing PC!!

Just to feedback that despite only being able to contact you through email, communication was always established and a fairly quick response in
reply. The website is easy to navigate and had some really good processes for different situations, eg returns, amends to the order etc.
Good logging of where the order was in the system.

Computer was thoroughly checked and on return was rechecked thoroughly to ensure it fully worked.
All in all a great system that was convenient to use and ensured a great computer.

The main reason of choosing you was the price of a products you sell, and the wery new products you offered for such low price :)
The PC I made with you cost me about 400 pounds & in other shops online, or proper ones the PC with same modification was nearly one thousand or more... :)

So I think you know what I mean, it`s a great deal indeed!!!
I`ve met lots of people since then with PC problems & fixing them, so I allways offering YOU if they nead some bits or all PC.
I think if you will keep prices lower than others (for exmple. PC World, Comet or so so) you will never get beaten & will have a great sucssess in things you do, just if you cud make a PC`s come much quicker to the owners, wud be awsome ;)
Improve the speed of building a PC or just offer a fully build one`s :)

Hello i`m acutally sending this email from the pc you have built for me, over all i`m extreamly happy with your service it was recommended to me by a close friend and i recommend all my friends to your site.
Only problem i had was parts was delayed at your end which ment i got the pc about 2-3 weeks later than i should off but its not end of the world stuff and cant be helped really.
 
My pc is very loud but thats my own fault for opting for the geforce 8600 gts (not the quiet version hahaha)
 
Overall 9.9 out of 10 from me, amazing value for money, i just was unlucky with not havign the parts in stock at the time.

Well, the PC is still running fine. The price was good and the information via the website whilst it was being built was fantastic. The salesperson who completed my sale knew his stuff and knew exactly what hardware to recommend. I used to work in IT support so I understand hardware and it was an extremely novel experience to deal with a sales team who actually understand PC's.
