Computer Planet Week in Review

Website Updates

  • Lot’s of updates to our website and production systems by our developer George Munteanu.
  • New back end update to our production service which highlights customers orders with Saturday delivery giving them priority production status to rule out any human error of the order not being delivered on a Saturday.
  • We released a major update to our stock substitution system making it easier for production staff and customers to see if a part needs to be changed on an order. This change will make it quicker for customers to review a change and quicker for production staff to use which will lower the production times.
  • http://www.computerplanet.co.uk/blog/ has been replaced and a new design added.
  • http://forums.computerplanet.co.uk few bugs have been fixed and page names changed making the forums more user friendly.
  • http://www.computerplanet.co.uk/support/helpdesk/ few bug fixes related to average response time and now it’s more clear for customers to see our super quick response time.
  • Updates to our automated UPS shipping system which will again reduce production times.
