Warranty Packages - We offer a range of warranty packages to protect your PC.
1 Year Return to Base
The hardware of your new computer system is sent to you covered by a complementary 12 months of Return to Base Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault developing on your computer system in the first 12 months of its life, we would ask you to return the computer system to us with a description of the problem that you are having with it. We will repair or replace the system, at our own expense. The first month includes FREE Collect & Return warranty.
3 Year Return to Base
Same as the 1 year service but your covered for a total of 3 years.
1 Year Collect & Return
If your system develops a hardware fault within the first 12 months we will arrange to collect the system from you the same day you contact us. System will be booked in for repair the next working day and will be returned back to you repaired or replaced at our expense within 7 working days.
RECOMENDED FOR SYSTEMS UNDER £500 - TOTAL PROTECTION
3 Years Collect & Return
Same as the one year collect and return service but you are covered for 3 years.

Manufacturers Warranty
All systems include the full manufactuers warranty, Computer Planet is unique in offering this as standard on all custom built systems. Manufactuers warranty is different on every component/brand and between 2 and 5 extra years RTB customer pays transit both ways on additional warranty plan years.
