5 Working Days - We guarantee that the repair will be completed and returned back within 5 working days subject to component stock. If a component is needed to be replaced which is out of stock or end of life an alternative part will be supplied in most cases but depending on the age and type of component it may require going back to the manufacturer for replacement which can take longer than 5 working days. If this were to happen we would contact you to discuss available options.

Collection Time
Once a fault has been confirmed by our technical department a collection request is scheduled with our courier UPS the same day which will allow you to select a collection the next working day or any other working day that you require. The computer will then be collected and return back to Computer Planet the following day.
Advanced RMA Service
In the event of a failed component you might prefer not to return the entire computer system to Computer Planet. For example if you have 2 sticks of memory and it was diagnosed that 1 stick has failed we can arrange to replace the faulty stick in advance. Our unique advanced RMA service allows a replacement component to be dispatched to you before the faulty component is returned, you can then replace the component and confirm everything is working. We will then arrange to collect the faulty component from you at a time that suits.
Manufacturers Extended Warranty
Our warranty packages are for the complete machine as one unit. We offer the full component manufactures warranty which gives you individual component warranty on selected components after the warranty service purchased with your PC has expired. For example Corsair memory has a lifetime warranty which can be returned to Computer Planet or Corsair directly. Selected other manufacturers offer extended warranty such as Asus giving 3 years with all new motherboards and all TFT monitors 3 years.
Outside UK Warranty
Our warranty covers UK mainland and Ireland only as standard. If you purchase a PC and have delivery outside the UK then you will be liable for all shipping costs if you need to make a warranty claim.
