We will be accepting Christmas Orders up to and including Tuesday the 16th of December.
Due to the lateness of the cutoff we are advising that you place your order as soon as you possibly can. This will enable us to test your machine to the fullest and make sure that you have the perfect Christmas present! If you order on the 17th or later, you should expect delivery to be after the 5th of January 2009.

Please note if you need your PC delivering to a different address than the billing address, we require a specific procedure to be followed. This involves a letter being sent to your card's registered address. We will send this by Royal Mail as soon as physically possible. If you don't follow the simple instructions in time, delivery to another address cannot be guaranteed.

If you require a plainly wrapped parcel, so that it doesn't look like a computer in the box, we can do this without delay to your order, just state that you would like this service when ordering your PC and we will do this at no extra cost to you.

Our phone lines will close for the festive period at 6:30 PM on Friday 19th December 2008 and will re-open at 10am on Monday 5th January 2009.

Our sales department and technical support team will continue as normal throughout the holidays (by email only), all except the 25th (Christmas Day).
