A range of facilities are offered in the Support area:
1. Email Support: Our main aftersales support is provided by email. We aim to answer all email queries within 24 hours. All emails are logged and customers have access to a file of all their previous emails and our responses to them.
2. MSN Support: For short query technical support we now offer live MSN chat between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday to all Computer Planet customers.
3. FAQ: We also offer a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ list to help you to solve some of the most common problems that users have with their systems.
4. Telephone Support: Free Telephone support would significantly increase the cost of our PCs as there are some people who just seem to want to talk forever. To keep costs down for the majority of our customers we offer telephone support as an additional cost option at the time that you order your PC.
