If your order has been marked as "AVS Failed" this means payment has been approved but the registered billing address provided on your order is different to the address held by your card issuer.

For security and fraud protection we require a matched billing address before we can dispatch an order. To resolve this please login to the members area, click "Orders" then follow the onscreen instructions to change your billing address to the registered address for the credit/debit card used. This should be the exact address that you have on your card statements.

Please note the AVS check process can take 2 working days to complete.

If you require shipping to a different address from your billing address then you can specifiy this in the members area as the orders shipping address.
