Once the order is placed we allow upto 1 hour for any changes to be made. If the order status is "New Order" or "Order Confirmed" you can still request changes by contacting us by email at http://www.computerplanet.co.uk/contact/ 

Once the order is in production we do not allow changes to be made other than adding an operating system (Windows) to an order that was placed without one.
