If your custom PC develops a fault within the first 60 days of invoice/delivery an RMA (return) can be booked in the members area under the My PC / RMA section for your custom PC to be repaired under warranty.
Before booking an RMA please contact our support department who will try to resolve the problem with you without the need of returning the PC.
Our courier UPS will collect the PC from you at no charge and a replacement will be built or the current machine repaired and then returned back to you free of charge. If your PC is over the 60 day period an RMA will need to be created and then the purchased warranty plan will take over. If you have taken "Return To Base" warranty the PC must be returned back to us at your cost, we will repair or replace and return back to you at our cost. If you have purchased "Collect & Return" you will be able to book a free collection via the members area.
Once the collection is booked UPS will send you an email the same day before 9 PM, in this email you will have a unique reference number for collection and a printable label for the parcel. With the unique reference number you will then need to ring ups on 08457 877 877 to confirm the collection date you would like. Please note UPS will not collect the parcel until you have called or confirmed the collection online.
UPS can collect your PC any week day between 9AM and 5PM.
