STEP 1

1) Contact our support team via the helpdesk to troubleshoot the problem.

If the problem cannot be fixed and needs to come back to our repair centre, we will assign you a unique RMA (returns) number. You will need to complete the RMA process online to arrange the return.

STEP 2

Once the RMA has been opened by our support team, you need to:

2) Login to your account at: http://www.computerplanet.co.uk/members/
3) Click RMA
4) Select your PC from the list and click Start.
5) Enter the fault with the PC.
6) Read & Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
7) Click Submit

If your PC is less than 60 days old you will now be asked to book a collection date of if you have collect & return warranty you can choose the collection date.

If you have Return To Base warranty and the PC is over 60 days old then you will need to return it back to us via courier at your own cost.

Once this stage has been completed..

8) Click Print Shipping Document button

9) This will allow you to print a shipping document which MUST be attached to the OUTSIDE of the PC box. This contains a unique RMA number and barcode along with the fault and your PC specification.

The shipping document is assigned a unique barcode which is used internally to quickly scan your PC to fast track the booking in process. If your browser prints the barcode as a broken image this is due to security settings in your browser being too high, you will need to resolve this and print again.

A return will be rejected if the RMA document is not attached to the outside of the box with the barcode showing.

PLEASE NOTE ANY DATA LEFT ON YOUR HARD DRIVE WILL BE LOST. YOU MUST BACKUP DATA BEFORE RETURNING A PC TO US.

IF YOU HAVE ADDED ANY OF YOUR OWN HARDWARE TO THE PC PLEASE REMOVE THIS BEFORE RETURNING A PC TO US.
