To track the status of a returned computer to us (RMA) please login to the members area and click "RMA" then select your PC from the list and click View RMA. From this screen you can see the live status of the PC. Lead time for repair/replacement is on average 5 working days but can be upto 14 working days depending on the problem.
You can keep track of the RMA by going to the My PC section in the members area which shows the status and details of any faults found or parts changed.
We will email you once the RMA is completed with a UPS consignment number and details of shipping.
When an RMA is delivered to us it's scanned in as booked in which will automatically email you and update the RMA status in the members area to "RMA Arrived" this means your PC has arrived to us and will be processed very shortly. Please allow upto 2 working days for your PC to be booked in and confirmation sent of arrival.
