For additional security to customers who have request shipping to a different address from the billing address we may issue you with a pin number which will be posted to the registered cards billing address. This pin number is unique to your order.
Please follow these steps
1) Login to the members area
2) Click Address Book
3) Next your or shipping address click "Enter AVS Pin"
4) Then pin you enter from your letter much match exactly the pin in the letter. This is automaticalled checked and if matching will mark the address as verified and the order will be dispatched.
Please note we cannot ship to a different address from the registered cards billing address with an AVS PIN number being verified.
