Due to the weight & design of the case and components in selected custom built computers we may decide to dispatch the PC without the graphics card fitted. The graphics card will have been tested and drivers installed.
If you would like to know before ordering if we would need to do this with your order please save a quote of the specification and contact the sales team. This is usually only do on bigger cases such as a Corsair 800D. Smaller cases such as a Coolermaster Elite 330 will not require this.
All motherboard has quick release slots and most high end graphics cards such as the GTX 580, GTX 590, ATI HD 6950 & 6990 are long and heavy cards which could possibly come out of the quick release socket and cause damage to the motherboard or graphics card during transit.
When the PC arrives you will need to remove the side panel, push in the graphics card and connect the internal power to the graphics card.
