Once an RMA has been submitted UPS will send an email to the same email address registered on your account with printable shipping labels which need to be attached to a parcel that is being returned to us.
The email will also include instructions on how to select a day for collection directly with UPS.
The email arrives between 7:30 PM & 11:59 PM on the day the RMA was completed.
If you do not get the email within 24 hours please check your spam filter for an email from the senders domain being ups.com
Once you have printed the labels that UPS have emailed you will need to ring UPS on 08457 877 877 choose option 1 for pickup and provide them with your UPS tracking reference from the email, they will then confirm with you the date to collect the PC. Your PC will not be collected until you have done this.
