The warranty and support packages start from the date of invoice. We then offer 60 days collect and return from the invoice date. During an RMA we cannot move back, put on hold or delay the warranty period while a PC is with us for repair or replacement.
Note all hardware includes the manufacturers warranty which is between 1 and 5 years.
