It's very rare that a PC arrives damaged due to the custom packing we use with every PC. In the unlikely event your PC has been damaged do not panic as every PC is sent with full parcel insurance and it will be resolved by Computer Planet. If this has happened please save all the original packing and contact us within 3 working days. We will then advise what action needs to be taken.
