Our support teams are based in our UK based offices and are ready to assist you. Please ensure that you have your order number or PC serial number ready before contacting us.

Our email helpdesk is the ideal way to get in touch with the relevant department at Computer Planet. Through our ticketing helpdesk you can make product queries, arrange a return and seek technical advice. If received during normal office hours, your ticket will usually be replied to within 1 hour. Those received during evenings or over the weekend will take around 24 hours to be replied to.
